The quality team at Health Time Store has the right to inspect and examine the returned product before giving the final approval for the replacement or return request. Second: Shipping Mechanism and Costs In case of regular desire for replacement/return: the customer bears all shipping costs (to and from), in addition to any international shipping costs if applicable. In case of manufacturing defect or order mistake: if you receive a damaged product or one different from what you ordered, Health Time Store bears all shipping costs, and the customer will be compensated with a replacement product or a full refund.
